100 µg purified IgG, lyophilized. For reconstitution add 100 µl H2O to get a 1mg/ml solution in PBS. Then aliquot and store at -20°C to -80°C until use.
Antibodies should be stored at +4°C when still lyophilized. Do not freeze!

Remarks

IP: Immunoprecipitates syntaxin 1A and B including complexes with synaptobrevin and SNAP 25.
IHC: Heat-mediated antigen retrieval (in citrate buffer pH 6) is required for immunohistochemical staining.
ELISA: Suitable as capture antibody for sandwich-ELISA with cat. no. 110 302 or 110 403 as detector antibodies. The ELISA-protocol for membrane proteins is recommended.
