DESCRIPTION: Heat-killed M. Tuberculosis H37 RA (non-viable) suspended at a concentration of 4 mg/ml in incomplete Freund’s adjuvant

APPLICATION: Use as an adjuvant to induce collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) in mice and to induce adjuvantinduced arthritis (AIA) in rats

QUANTITY: 5 ml FORM: 4 mg/ml solution EMULSION: Emulsify with an equal volume of collagen using an electric homogenizer. The syringe-syringe method is not recommended to make collagen-CFA emulsions for inducing arthritis, but it can be used for obtaining anti-sera.

STORAGE: 4⁰C in the dark
